1.落实公司重点客户管理策略的有效执行。

与市场部密切配合制定大客户营销活动方案,从而确保公司品牌在重点客户端的成涨

2.与零售团队密切配合,从而确保重点客户团队相关活动的有效执行。

  • 重点客户管理

1.维护良好的客户关系,探索新的业务发展机会。完成年度重点客户合作谈判。

2.监控重点客户的协议执行进度,包括合同条款执行、费用控制和风险评估等。

3.了解市场变化,制定应对建议,并及时提交市场信息。

  • 费用管理

1.合理制定重点客户投资计划,符合公司相关规定。

2.及时跟进费用使用情况,确保真实有效。

  • 信息收集管理

1.建立客户数据分析系统。

2.内部随时反馈,外部定期回顾。

  • 内部、外部的有效沟通

1.内部沟通:与公司各部门保持良好的沟通。

2.外部沟通:经常与不同性格、不同类型的客户交流沟通,使其接受公司及公司的产品和推广策略。
