Senior Product Manager, APAC

Facilitate global new launch on clear lens

• Work with the global team to develop the new product launch plan and commercial innovation, enable a successful regional launch roll-out
• Co-lead clear lens international launch campaign, providing valuable TA insight and solid technical understanding, creating innovative communications for both consumer and ECP.

Responsible for the brand performance and portfolio management

• Develop vision and new product pipeline for clear lens category in APAC which delivers against regional goals and objectives.
• Successfully partner with managements and lead markets to create pipeline strategy, launch plans and communication.
• Guide APAC markets on new launch preparation to ensure on-strategy local adaptation, support local campaigns for maximum commercial and brand impact, encourage best case sharing
• Track launch performance and KPIs and work with markets on how to improve
• Monitor category trend, competitor performance and pricing matrix across the region
• Build effective working relationships with local marketing and stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans and executions
• Work closely with the global teams to advocate the needs of the region, and vice versa.
• Lead annual Strategic Forecast and Strategic Plan exercises
