端零售项目VCA管理:
•负责零售团队的日常管理;
•负责零售团队项目的整体战略规划和实施,指导和监督项目的实施进度和阶段性评估;
•负责零售团队项目的行政管理,包括招聘,入职/培训管理,目标设定和绩效管理,每月工资和激励的计算和及时支付;
•负责零售团队的资源分配以及分配的逻辑及费用使用政策制定
•负责监控零售团队市场信息反馈,提供项目的所有数据和其他所需报告;
•负责终端零售团队整体运营流程及SOP的标准化和持续优化
Ø 运营终端零售项目创新:
•根据实际销售及当地终端零售市场情况,在团队架构、商业模式、终端活动、渠道促销等商业政策制定是,提供更创新和优化方案同时提供数据分析和项目见解
•leader零售终端团队和销售团队以及相关的NKA和TM团队协同完成创新项目的布达和执行,提升效率同时也提升最终动销增长业绩
Ø 零售终端数据分析:
•通过编辑和数据分析,提供不同的月度销售报告:包括销售业绩分析报告、销售预测报告、库存分析报告、分销分析报告、入库分析报告和项目执行报告
•整合多种销售数据报告,及时发现关键问题并向管理层提供建设性建议;
•根据客户购买和零售数据,识别产品终端活动的关键问题,并提出合理建议;
•支持商业运营销售总监划分全国销售零售指标,定期审查、调整和预算指导方针;
•收集零售终端竞争对手信息,配合财务团队和TM团队完成全国客户贸易条款、季度返利合同等协议的初步制定,并跟进奖惩机制的执行;
