Responsibility:

•      Order process of Surgical:

a)    Handle all kinds of orders under code of conduct and responsible for orders’ related reports.

b)    File all order copies and related documents.

•      Surgical distributor backstage management:

a)    Responsible for distributor incentive calculation & follow according to incentive policy.

b)    Responsible for distributor incentive accrual count & update & true up.

•      SFE process:

a)    Responsible for sales force incentive calculation & follow according to incentive policy.

b)    Responsible for sales force incentive accrual update & true up according to incentive policy & planning.

•      Surgical demand follow:

a)    Communicate to distributor about supply issue

b)    Follow shortage products allocation

•      Surgical database collection & maintenance:

a)    Responsible for key in & maintain the basic information of end-user

b)    Collect / summary MOH report of East & NE

c)    Summary basic distributor sales data

d)    Maintain systems: DIS, order system

e)    Monitor the process of data collection and update under SOP
