Research Manager

Objective:

Provide market research and business intelligence data/analysis to B+L Vision Care China business team for support of strategy development and business decision making/improvement by identifying trends/insights in terms of category, competitor, consumer, customer, trade and channel. 

Key Activities:

1) Understand category movement trend, competitive marketplace and challenges based on consolidated data source, so to identify business opportunities.
2) Lead primary and secondary data collection, review, analysis and output for business needs. 
3) Provide business action insight and various forecast from different sources of data (e.g., shipment revenue, off-take, pricing, distribution, marketing or sales activity effects, conversion effect or route, user behavior, membership satisfication, etc.), in order to guide or influence business decisions.
4) Collaborate and supervise business analytical models (e.g., define and tracking consumer journey, user profile, user coversion funnel, cross platform stores' performance tracking, sales activities tracking, business forecast model, tracking KPI recommendation, etc.), and translate analytical data insight into actionable business solutions.
5) Lead or support for regular business report/dashboard creation or update for contineous business insight sharing.
