工作目标：

根据公司的销售政策和销售目标，通过对所辖区域内目标药店的管理及促销活动的实施，维护好所辖区域的产品陈列，做好产品教育促进公司产品在终端的销售，达成销售目标，维护公司品牌形象。

工作职责：

1、根据零售销售政策，对管辖药店进行公司产品的宣传、理货、陈列，提高产品销售额。

2、与目标药店建立良好的客情关系，保持公司产品的合理库存，维护产品价格，提高产品的铺货率和推荐率。

3、根据事业部、区域、办事处年度促销活动计划，策划、组织和实施针对目标消费人群及目标店员的促销活动。

4、负责目标药店店员的培训工作，提高店员对公司产品的认知度。

5、建立、完善并及时更新目标药店档案，保证客户信息的准确性；收集客户及竞争对手信息并及时反馈。

6、及时处理客户提出的异议及消费者使用产品过程中出现的问题，为客户提供良好的服务。

7、严格执行公司的规章制度，确保个人行为符合公司行为规范。

8、完成上级主管分配的工作任务。

工作要求：

1、专科及以上学历。医药学、营销及相关专业优先；

2、医疗或快消行业2年以上销售工作经验。有外企工作经验者优先；

3、具备医药营销知识；

4、有较强的销售技巧和营销能力，思路清晰，表达流畅；

5、具有良好的沟通能力和团队意识；

6、具有较强的工作执行力；

7、具有良好的职业道德，诚信务实、能吃苦耐劳；

8、熟练使用办公软件，具有公文和数据分析处理能力；

9、具备基本的网络知识；

10、具备一定的英语应用能力。
