1、根据品牌战略目标和年度经营计划,负责品牌在多个渠道的销售运营工作,制定渠道年度销售目标、生意策略和费用预算,确保季度和全年销售及利润的达成;

2、负责TP日常管理,以及日常运营工作,洞察用户需求和痛点,紧盯行业动向,深入业务细节,发掘业务增长点。能够有效执行公司策略,提出创新的业务思路,并能落地执行带来良好的生意结果。

3、搭建完善的店铺运营体系,包括拉新、复购和升级路线,带动品牌和店铺的人群资产的快速提升。

4、负责相关业务数据监控与分析,包括流量、转化、客单,新客引入和老客复购,人群画像,人群的流入流出等,确保渠道行业销售占比及排名优先;

5、负责各渠道的对接及日常维护,根据业务需求与其他业务支持部门进行有效协作,完善各个工作环节的流程;

6、关注友商业务动向,分析友商产品、价格和营销的变化,及时分析和调整公司的竞对策略和运营策略;

7、负责团队的日常管理,包括团队成员的招聘、培养、激励及考核等。
