- Objectives and Purpose of Job
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the corticosteroids portfolio, Iviz and other generics. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth through data-driven market insights, leading high-quality clinical and market access projects, and providing specialized support to Key Accounts and the Field Force.
- Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Develop and execute annual brand plans for corticosteroids, Iviz and other generics to sustain growth in a competitive market.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, creative designs, and campaigns in alignment with global and regional guidelines.
- Respond and formulate strategies for VBP products including identify opportunities in VBP renewal, prioritize market segment, and coordinate with field force for volume declaration etc.
- Optimize promotional resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI for the assigned product lines.
- Market Insights & Analytics
- Lead market insights and analytics initiatives to monitor market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Proactively adjust positioning and messaging based on data-driven trends and healthcare professional (HCP) feedback.
- Academic Excellence & Access program
- Spearhead pharmacology and other market access programs to engage with key stakeholders to facilitate product access
- Drive professional advocacy through high-quality academic programs and engagement with professional societies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Field Force & KA Support
- Approve brand-related promotional materials within the compliance framework.
- Manage assigned product marketing budgets with accountability for spend efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional activities (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory) without position power.
- Functional Authority

- Achieve market share targets
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and market access program measured by key stakeholder engagement and listing outcomes
- Successful development of KOL advocacy and engagement outcomes
- Ensure budget spending is on track and within plan
- Key Relationships
- Internal Customers / Business Partners: Field Force, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Industrial Affair, Global Marketing Team
- External Customers / Partners: Key Opinion Leaders, HCPs, Pharmacists, Advertising & PR Agencies, Market Research Firms, Professional Societies and Foundations, Potential collaboration partners
- Education, Experience, and Competencies:
- Education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and marketing preferred
- Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MNC pharma marketing.
- Ophthalmology or chronic disease experience is highly preferred.
- End-to-end experience from ideation to execution of marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in market analytics or data-driven strategy is a plus.
- Experience in VBP product marketing and execution is a plus.
- Experience in market access program and customer engagement is a plus.
