Responsibilities:
Launch Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new ophthalmic product, including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and tactical plans
• Work closely with Field Force, Global Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance, and Industrial Affair to ensure successful launch of new products
• Design, execute and iterate marketing campaign to engage with key stakeholders to ensure listing success of new product
• Design, execute and iterate marketing campaign to foster engagement with KOLs and ophthalmologists to accelerate adoption of new product
New Product Planning and Preparation:
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights gathering to build launch strategies for upcoming new products
• Develop and execute pre-launch programs and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure market preparedness
Brand Management:
• Lead development of marketing materials and campaigns in alignment with global/regional guidelines.
• Train field forces to ensure effective delivery of brand messages
• Monitor market dynamics and proactively adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Manage promotional budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional societies, and external agencies to amplify brand presence.
• Collaborate with field forces to ensure effective implementation of field activities and continuous feedback loops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and marketing preferred
Minimum 3 years working in MNC pharma marketing
- Ophthalmology or chronic disease experience preferred
- New product launch experience is a plus
- End-to-end experience from ideation to execution of marketing campaign is a plus
- Experience in implementing market access campaign is a plus
