  1. 生意和商品管理,根据电商各渠道的业务目标,进行品类规划并制定可行的货品策略,促成电商全渠道生意目标达成。
  2. 电商活动和促销规划,与销售、市场和产品组共同制定电商产品线上推广及传播策略,负责跟进电商年度、季度及各促销节点的商品活动规划,结合销售目标匹配相应活动权益,和销售对接活动落地执行,并及时复盘优化。

3.  销售费用管理,结合渠道、客户和重点产品的销售目标,进行渠道费用的协助管理,根据销量达成实时进度,给予渠道情况分析和费用优化建议。

4.  电商销售的SOP流程管理和优化,管理产品渠道销售预测,以及和目标的差异变化等;并进行有效库存管理,协调供应链管理商品库存,平衡缺货情况分货,滞销品权益,匹配渠道推进销售,确保库存健康。

5.  生意和货品销量达成分析,发现生意中的问题和机会并进行合理的优化建议,推动业务增长。

6.  竞品洞察,熟悉市场动态,了解收集市场变化和信息,制定对应策略方案。

 

任职要求:

1、消费品或者医药背景,较强的渠道市场管理经验

2、工作认真负责,具备策略思考能力,逻辑思维清晰

3、关注生意、具备数据分析能力

4、优秀的跨部门沟通、组织和执行能力

5、具备较强的抗压能力,能适应电商的快节奏
