Responsiblities:
- Sales Effectiveness and Process:
- Support BU Director and Sr. BE Specialist to ensure affiliate understanding and implementation of SFE measures and dashboards.
- Build the sales analytics framework and performance metrics and reporting.
- Improve functionality and usability of our Salesforce & other Business Analytics systems by owning the overall roadmap and architecting solutions in partnership with other stakeholders.
- Implement, document and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com and integrate with business intelligence software and other sales tools.
- Business Operation:
- Assist Technical Service department in providing high standard of services and support.
- Drive development of forecasting and business intelligence dashboards across entire marketing, sales, and customer lifecycles
- Implements business processes and controls that maximize effectiveness of function and have a positive impact on sales force productivity.
- Drive innovation with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Master degree in data analysis or similar role
- Excellent analytical ability and thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Work ethics and compliance focus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other productivity applications
