Responsiblities:

• Sales Effectiveness and Process:

• Support BU Director and Sr. BE Specialist to ensure affiliate understanding and implementation of SFE measures and dashboards.
• Build the sales analytics framework and performance metrics and reporting.
• Improve functionality and usability of our Salesforce & other Business Analytics systems by owning the overall roadmap and architecting solutions in partnership with other stakeholders.
• Implement, document and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of sales data in Salesforce.com and integrate with business intelligence software and other sales tools.

• Business Operation:
• Assist Technical Service department in providing high standard of services and support.
• Drive development of forecasting and business intelligence dashboards across entire marketing, sales, and customer lifecycles
• Implements business processes and controls that maximize effectiveness of function and have a positive impact on sales force productivity.
• Drive innovation with a focus on automation and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Master degree in data analysis or similar role
• Excellent analytical ability and thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Work ethics and compliance focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other productivity applications
