- Objectives and Purpose of Job
As an Assisatnat Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the artificial tears portfolio (Liposic and Vidisic). This role is pivotal in maintaining market leadership through innovative digital transformation, driving e-Commerce growth, and leading the brand's academic presence through major congresses and creative excellence.
- Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Develop and execute annual brand plans for Liposic and Vidisic to sustain growth in a competitive mature market.
- Lead development of marketing materials, creative designs and campaigns in alignment with global/regional guidelines
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to proactively adjust positioning and messaging.
- Optimize promotional resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI for the assigned product line.
- Provide training and support to the Field Force to ensure effective delivery of brand messages.
- Congress & KOL Management
- Spearhead the planning and execution of National and International Congresses to reinforce brand academic authority.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies.
- Drive professional advocacy through high-quality academic programs and patient advocacy initiatives.
- Digital & e-Commerce Excellence
- Lead the operation and upgrade of digital platforms, including official accounts and HCP engagement tools.
- Act as focal point for 3rd party social media content development and media purchase
- Design and implement e-Commerce strategies to capture growth in O2O and online pharmacy channels.
- Functional Authority
- Approve brand-related promotional materials within compliance framework
- Manage assigned product marketing budgets with accountability for efficiency
- Lead cross-function activities without position power
- Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve market share target
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns measured by HCP engagement, awareness, and adoption metrics.
- KOL advocacy development and professional society engagement outcomes.
- Ensure budget spending on track and within plan
- Key Relationships
- Internal Customers / Business Partners: Field Force, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Industrial Affair, Global Marketing Team
- External Customers / Partners: Key Opinion Leaders, HCPs, Pharmacists, Advertising & PR Agencies, Market Research Firms, Professional Societies and Foundations, Potential collaboration partners
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Major in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and marketing preferred
- Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years working in MNC pharma marketing
- Ophthalmology or chronic disease experience preferred
- Digital marketing or e-Commerce experience is a plus
- End-to-end experience from ideation to execution of marketing campaign is a plus
