- 岗位职责
- 渠道与产品策略规划:基于市场调研和数据分析,制定并优化全渠道产品策略,包括但不限于主流电商平台(如淘宝、京东、拼多多等)、社交媒体平台(如抖音、快手、小红书等)及新兴渠道的产品布局,明确产品定位、价格体系、促销策略,提升产品市场竞争力和市场占有率。
- 费用与活动管理:负责电商市场活动的整体规划与执行,制定详细的活动方案,包括活动目标、主题、时间、预算、推广渠道等;合理分配和管理市场费用,监控费用使用情况,确保每一笔投入都能实现效益最大化,同时对活动效果进行复盘和总结,优化后续活动策略。
- 商业思维与资源整合:具备电商商业思维(用户思维、产品思维、流量思维、数据思维),整合内外部资源,协同运营、设计、客服等部门,打造高效的电商营销闭环;挖掘潜在商业合作机会,拓展品牌合作渠道,提升品牌影响力和市场份额。
- 数据分析与决策支持:收集、整理和分析销售数据、用户行为数据、市场推广数据等,提炼关键指标和业务洞察,为产品优化、营销策略调整、资源配置等提供数据驱动的决策支持,实现业务的精细化运营。
