工作要求:

  • To deliver high level technical services and support for equipment of Bausch & Lomb to internal and external customers.
  • Execute all service activities, including installation, repair, inspection, system health check, and maintenance of the equipment, verify and ensure the equipment is in good conditions and does function well. Provide support to other FSE to diagnose and resolve the hard case.
  • Ensure accurate service data documentation and proactively analyses it to identify failure trends, determine root cause, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance overall service performance.
  • Actively drives service revenue growth by identifying on-site opportunities (e.g., contract renewals, sales leads) and with management to analyze performance data and develop new growth initiatives.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

    为公司内外部客户提供有关博士伦(Bausch & Lomb)设备的高水平、专业化技术服务。

    独立完成各类现场服务任务,包括设备的安装调试、故障维修、定期巡检、系统健康检查及预防性维护,确保设备功能完好、运行稳定。

    作为技术骨干,为团队其他工程师提供专业支持,协助诊断并解决疑难技术问题。

    负责服务数据的准确录入与归档;主动分析数据以识别故障趋势、探寻根本原因,并提出可行的改善建议,以提升整体服务效能。

    在服务过程中主动发掘商业机会(如合同续约、产品升级、销售线索等),推动服务业务的收入增长;并协助管理层进行数据分析和制定新的服务业务增长策略。

    完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

 

 

职位要求:

  • Junior college or above with major in electronic/electrical engineering or related
  • 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
