OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB 工作目标/目的
公司政策的有效执行，设定重点客户年度目标及愿景，加强重点客户和费用的管理。同时注重信息的收集和内外部的协调沟通。

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作责任
- 公司政策的有效执行
1. 和客户进行年度合同谈判， 组织JBP的会议。与客户签订合同并完成公司给与的年度目标。
2. 与市场部密切配合，执行在线上的销售活动及营销方案，提升品牌在线上各大平台的份额，扩大品牌在线下的渗透，做到业绩的增长。
3. 与线上销售团队密切配合，从而确保线上策略的落地及客户相关活动的有效执行。能够很好的配合部分线下品牌活动在终端医院的执行落地。

- 客户管理
1. 维护良好的客户的关系，能及时洞察客户的生意机会，并制定有效的落地方案，协助客户共同完成季度及年度合同目标。
2. 与线上客户共同制定并执行店铺的营销策略，提升店铺流量、转化率和销售额。
3. 定期收集和分析客户的销售数据，包括销售额、订单量、转化率、客单价等指标，从而找到客户的生意机会点。
4. 监控客户的合同执行进度，包括合同条款执行、费用控制和风险评估等。
5. 关注客户的销售及库存情况，能够保证客户库存的良性。
6. 与线下客户共同制定产品的学术推广方案。

- 费用管理
1. 制定客户的促销计划，确保所有费用投入在符合公司相关要求内使用。
2. 及时跟进费用使用情况，确保费用的真实性和有效性。

- 信息收集及数据管理
1. 密切关注市场动向，分析竞争对手动态。了解行业趋势和客户需求，为产品定位和销售策略提供依据
2. 及时准确的收集经销商的销售流向及库存数据。
3. 内部随时反馈，外部定期回顾。

- 内部、外部的有效沟通
1. 内部沟通：与公司各部门保持良好的沟通。
2. 外部沟通：经常与不同性格、不同类型的客户交流沟通，使其接受公司及公司的产品和推广策略。
