工作目标:

完成或超额完成负责区域的年度学术推广目标,遵守公司规章制度

 

工作内容:

1.     负责区域的医院处方药产品的市场推广,完成或超额完成年度学术推广目标;

2.     根据公司要求,每日对负责区域的医生进行日常学术拜访,每周准时完成并提交公司系统中的拜访计划和拜访记录;

3.     组织科室会和区域性学术会议;

4.     辅助上级主管与商业公司沟通,确保产品供应畅通;

5.     掌握公司的产品知识,清晰地将产品介绍给负责区域内的客户医生;

6.     完成上级主管分配的工作。

 

职位要求:

  1. 大专或以上学历,药学或相关专业优先考虑
  2. 具有制药销售2年以上工作经验, 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;
  3. 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地判断能力;
  4. 良好地沟通和语言表达能力;
  5. 热爱销售工作,负有责任心,能承受工作压力;
  6. 具有团队合作精神,能经常出差;
