工作目标：

• 完成本区域OTC各项商销目标、协助RX事业部完成其区域商销目标；
• 有效管理区域内经销商，保证产品的市场供应；
• 维护良好的价格体系，以满足合作各方合理利益；
• 逐步完善分销网络，通过对所辖区域内经销商的管理及促销活动的策划、组织、实施，促进公司产品在通路的分销和商业网络的构建，达成销售目标，维护公司品牌形象。

工作职责：

• 负责本区域内经销商的日常管理，签署订货合同，每月按时填报商业库存明细和商销滚动预测，协助公司收取销售流向，并对销售流向进行核对；
• 与经销商建立良好的客情关系，尤其是采购人员、销售人员和开票员，对其进行公司及产品知识培训，充分利用经销商的分销资源及各种促销活动，提高产品销量；
• 根据公司的销售政策和区域年度销售目标，构建和优化区域分销网络，制定和实施区域销售计划，确保销售目标的达成，并努力拓展非目标市场的业务，提高产品市场份额；
• 通过与零售同事、医院同事的协调、沟通，保证目标药店和医院的产品供货及合理库存，协助RX事业部进行招投标和物价备案等工作；
• 维护公司产品的商业分销价格，保证经销商的合理利益和销售积极性；
• 学习和掌握公司相关商务政策、产品知识和销售技巧；
•  建立、完善并及时更新经销商档案，保证客户信息的准确性，收集客户及竞争对手信息并及时反馈；
• 及时处理客户提出的异议，及时反馈客户的质量投诉；
• 按时填写各类报表；
• 严格执行公司的规章制度，确保个人行为符合公司行为规范。
• 完成上级主管分配的工作任务。

工作要求：

• 大专及以上学历，医药、市场营销及相关专业；
• 受过医药方面的专业培训。

• 医药相关行业商务工作经验2年以上；
• 有较好的商务销售经验和良好的商业客情关系；
• 具有客户和资源的管理能力；
• 有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、谈判能力；
• 良好的分析判断力和心理承受力；
• 良好的团队意识和职业素养，上进心强；
• 熟练操作MS Office。
