工作目标/目的     

在公司授权范围内，负责指定区域处方药产品的学术推广工作。通过高质量、合规的学术交流，向医疗卫生专业人士传递产品核心信息，推动临床合理用药，收集并反馈药品临床使用及安全性信息，提升产品在区域内的学术影响力。

主要工作责任      

1. 根据公司授权的药品类别、治疗领域在负责区域开展医院处方药产品的学术推广活动；
2. 根据公司要求，每日对负责区域的医生进行日常学术拜访，传递药品的药理毒理、功能主治/适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等科学信息，并准确收集、记录并及时反馈药品临床使用情况和不良反应信息。
3. 每周按时在公司系统内提交拜访计划和拜访记录，确保数据真实、完整；
4. 负责区域内科室会、学术研讨会等会议的组织与执行，确保会议内容合规、专业、有效；
5. 协助上级与商业公司协调沟通，保障区域内产品供应顺畅；
6. 定期参加公司组织的各类培训和考核，持续学习药品核心专业知识，不断提升专业推广能力；
7. 协同上级主管完成对新进员工的带教工作；
8. 完成上级主管分配的其他相关工作。

任职资格

1. 大学专科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业背景；
2. 具有5年以上药品学术推广经验，有外资制药企业工作背景者优先；
3. 具备扎实的临床药学理论知识或实践经验，或有药品研发、生产、质检、注册等岗位从业经历；
4. 优秀的沟通表达能力与客户管理能力，具备较强的谈判技巧；
5. 勤奋努力，责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力和自我驱动力；
6. 团队合作意识强，能够有效协同内部资源；
7. 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本的数据处理能力。
