工作职责：
1、负责本区域内经销商的日常管理， 签署与经销商的订货合同，每月按时报商业库存明细及流向、并按时填报商销滚动预测。
2、负责10-15家经销商的协议签订与每月流向，与经销商建立良好的客情关系，尤其是采购人员、销售人员和开票员，对其进行公司及产品知识培训，充分利用经销商的分销渠道及各种促销活动，提高产品销量。 3、根据本大区年度促销活动计划，策划、组织和实施对商业人员的产品培训和针对经销商的促销活动。
4、根据公司的销售政策和个人年度销售目标，构建和优化区域分销网络，制定和实施销售计划，确保销售目标的达成，并努力拓展非目标商业的业务，提高产品市场份额。
5、通过与OTC代表、RX代表的协调与沟通，保证目标医院和药店的合理库存和产品供货，协助RX事业部医院代表进行招标和物价备案等。
6、根据公司的销售政策，维护公司产品的商业分销价格，保证经销商的合理库存和销售积极性。
7、学习和掌握公司政策，尤其是商务运营中心销售政策、产品知识和销售技巧；销售中遇到问题及时向商务大区经理请教，提高业务处理能力。
8、建立、完善并及时更新承销商、经销商档案，保证客户信息的准确性；收集客户及竞争对手信息并及时反馈。
9、及时处理客户提出的异议及消费者使用产品过程中出现的问题，为客户提供良好的服务。
10、收集客户信息和竞争产品的信息并及时反馈；提供准确、真实的销售数据，及时完成公司规定的各项报表。
11、严格执行公司的规章制度，确保个人行为符合公司行为规范。

任职资格：
大专及以上学历
3年以上工作经验
参加过销售相关培训
熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
具备英语应用能力；
具有公文处理能力；
精通销售知识与技能；
具有客户和资源的管理能力
具有良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和团队意识，并具有较强的分析判断力、心理承受力及良好的职业素养
