工作职责:

1.    负责达成所辖区域内的销售目标及执行市场促销计划,包括收集、反馈市场信息;

2.    与代理商合作,有计划地拜访客户,及时反馈设备使用状况,协调客户的意见与需求;

3.    组织眼科学术会等相关会议,推动产品销售;

4.    进行手术跟刀,让医生学会并熟练操作公司产品,进而促进销售;

5.    与区域内的重点客户保持良好的沟通,发展公司产品的忠实用户,培养公司产品的讲者帮助推广;

6.    培训与管理代理商的销售队伍;

7.    完成上级主管分配的工作任务。

 

工作要求:

  1. 本科或以上学历,医学专业优先,接受过医疗销售技巧培训。
  2. 具备6年及以上外资医疗企业销售相关工作经验,有医疗设备或医疗耗材销售背景优先;
  3. 熟悉相关医疗产品及市场环境;
  4. 具有较强的沟通协调能力;
  5. 具有相关医疗产品跟刀经验;
  6. 诚信正直,较强的工作责任心,具有团队合作精神;
  7. 能承受较大的工作压力并经常出差;
  8. 熟练操作MS Office;
  9. 良好的英语能力。
