主要工作职责:

  1. 辅导和发展地区的销售团队,完成或超额完成所辖区域的季度学术推广目标和年度学术推广目标,保持全年推广正增长率;
  2. 根据公司要求按时按点上报协访计划和实际协访记录;
  3. 带领团队组织高质量的区域性学术会议和活动;
  4. 与商业公司保持良好沟通确保产品供应畅通;
  5. 和负责所辖区域的专家保持良好关系并促成产品入院和使用;
  6. 收集市场信息包括竞品情况,及时反馈后制定相应方案;
  7. 完成月度、季度、年度市场推广报告,并进行所辖区域的管理分析,制订出后期相应的市场推广计划;
  8. 收集所辖区域的招投标信息,沟通和配合商务团队进行招投标;
  9. 负责对所辖区域业务代表的管理,包括但不限于业务培训,绩效考核,监督检查,定期团队会议,分析讨论市场问题,激励团队,提升团队凝聚力;
  10. 负责所辖区域各种突发事件的协调处理;
  11. 完成上级主管分配的工作。

 

职位要求:

  1. 本科或以上学历,药学或相关专业优先考虑
  2. 具有制药销售6年以上工作经验, 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;
  3. 具有3年以上的团队管理经验;
  4. 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地判断能力;
  5. 良好地沟通和语言表达能力;
  6. 工作主动积极,负有责任心,能承受工作压力;
  7. 具有团队合作精神,能经常出差;
  8. 熟悉电脑操作。
