工作目标/目的     

从事药品学术推广活动，保障药品学术信息传递、推动临床合理用药、反馈药品安全性信息；向医疗卫生机构及其工作人员传递、沟通、反馈药品信息；严格遵守国家法律法规和行业规范，防范商业贿赂。

主要工作责任      

1.    根据公司授权的药品类别、治疗领域在负责区域开展医院处方药产品的学术推广；

2.    根据公司要求，每日对负责区域的医生进行日常学术拜访，传递药品的药理毒理、功能主治/适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等科学信息， 收集、记录并及时反馈药品临床使用情况和不良反应信息。

3.    每周准时完成并提交公司系统中的拜访计划和拜访记录；

4.    组织科室会和区域性学术会议；

5.    辅助上级主管与商业公司沟通，确保产品供应畅通；

6.    定期参加公司组织的培训和考核，持续学习药品核心专业知识；完成上级主管分配的工作。

职位要求：

1. 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
2. 专业学术推广2年以上工作经验, 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;
3. 具有药品临床理论知识及实践经验，或者具有药品研发、生产、检验、质量管理等岗位工作经验；
4. 具备出色的沟通以及较强的谈判能力;
5. 勤奋努力，负有责任心，能承受工作压力;
6. 具有团队合作精神;
7. 熟悉电脑操作。
