主要工作职责：

1. 领导并发展所辖地区的专业学术代表团队，完成或超额完成所辖地区的学术推广目标；
2. 根据公司要求及时上报协访计划和实际协访记录；
3. 带领团队组织高质量的区域性学术会议和活动；
4. 与商业公司保持良好沟通确保产品供应畅通；
5. 和负责所辖区域的专家建立并维护良好的学术合作关系；
6. 收集市场信息包括竞品情况，及时反馈后制定相应方案；
7. 完成月度、季度、年度市场推广报告，并进行所辖地区的管理分析，制订出后期相应的市场推广计划；
8. 收集所辖区域的招投标信息，沟通和配合商务团队进行招投标；
9. 负责对所辖地区医药代表的合规管理，包括但不限于业务培训，绩效考核，监督检查，定期团队会议，分析讨论市场问题，激励团队，提升团队凝聚力；
10. 负责所辖地区各种突发事件的协调处理；

完成上级主管分配的其他工作。

职位要求：

• 本科或以上学历，药学或相关专业优先考虑
• 具有6年以上医药行业销售或学术推广的工作经验, 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;
• 具有3年以上的团队管理经验；
• 熟悉医药学术推广模式及合规管理要求，具备较强的市场分析、策略制定及执行能力。
• 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地沟通谈判能力;
• 工作主动积极，负有责任心，能承受工作压力;
• 具有团队合作精神，能经常出差;
• 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的文字表达能力。
