主要职责：

• 熟知并贯彻中国相关法律、法规、规章、规范、强制性标准和产品技术要求，履行岗位职责，确保质量安全、并对本岗位工作承担全部责任
• 每日与物流公司核对发货数据，并及时完成BMS中的相关操作，BMS系统异常的及时反馈以及协助处理
• 敦促运输公司的运输服务，沟通客户与运输公司间的所有问题，并及时将分析问题的发生原因，提出改进建议。
• 每月提供财务需要的特殊客户返单
• 管理北京DC所有单据整理，存档，查询，并定期提出销毁计划和建议。
• 每日异常单处理（如平帐，运输公司订货，出货）;日常货物发出查询
• 追踪已发出货物，在途及到货情况，并负责每月的追踪服务分析
• 货物发出途中，遇客户信息变更时，与客户，销售员，客服之间沟通
• 每月运输商KPI数据看板的更新以及每日的更新与异常记录
• 能熟练掌握库房日常操作，出入库，拣货，扫描等事务
