Position title:  Customer Service Representative 

Position: Contract 6 months / Hybrid 

 

REPONSABILITIES:
•    Respond to incoming customers’ calls •    Enter customer orders by phone, email, fax and EDI. •    Respond to customer’s requests regarding the follow ups on their orders, returns and out of stock inventory
•    Reconciliation of consignment inventory located at hospitals & clinics, and proceeds with necessary follow ups with the sales representatives and customers.
•    Process credits, issue invoices and authorize returns
•    Coordinate deliveries with the distribution center, track and research packages.
•    Work with the sales representatives for quotations on samples of equipment and products
•    Daily follow ups on all open lines and open order report.
•    Effective use of technology and software to respond to customers quickly and accurately
•    Build and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, sales)
•    Report adverse events and special safety situations immediately after their reception to the pharmacovigilance department as per current SOPs.

 QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Undergraduate Degree required
•    Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
•    Experience in the medical device industry and eye surgery is an asset
•    Very strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
•    Familiar with PeopleSoft, SFDC and EDI systems an asset
•    Self-motivated and has the ability to project a positive attitude even under pressure
•    Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of service, in a positive way
•    Attentive to details and rigorous
