Job Title: Brand Manager – Consumer Health 
Employment Type: Contractual – 18 months
Reports To: Director Marketing – Consumer Health

 

Position Summary:
The Brand Manager – Eye Care Portfolio is responsible for leading strategic brand initiatives across a diverse portfolio of products. This role is accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand performance, increase market share, and deliver business results. The Brand Manager will work across both consumer and healthcare professional audiences, overseeing advertising, promotions, pricing, and public relations. This position requires strong collaboration across internal functions and external partners to bring strategic plans to life and optimize in-market execution

 

Responsibilities:
•Translate consumer and healthcare professional insights into strategic programs that drive brand growth; monitor market and competitive trends to inform brand strategy.
•Develop annual brand plans, including revenue and expense forecasts, to achieve topline sales and profit goals.
•Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives, including advertising, promotions, pricing, and public relations; collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of product line sales and consumption trends; recommend actionable insights to refine marketing plans.
•Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support distribution and promotional plans within the retail channel.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, including conducting ROI analyses.
•Lead cross-functional teams to support the execution of key business initiatives.
•Manage full P&L responsibility, including oversight of the promotional expense budget.
•Partner with the Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory levels and demand forecasting for all brands.
•Take on additional projects and assignments as required to support business objectives.


Candidate Profile:
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer healthcare or consumer packaged goods industries
•Proven track record of building and growing brands, identifying growth opportunities, and driving alignment around strategic growth plans
•Demonstrated expertise in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, marketing program development, digital marketing, project planning and execution, and financial management
•Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels through both conversation and presentations
•Skilled in delivering clear, impactful presentations to senior management
•Bachelor’s degree required
