Our Global Pharma & International Consumer team is expanding, we currently have a vacancy for a National Key Account Manager which is a newly created role responsible for driving commercial growth and managing strategic relationships supporting our pharma portfolio of products.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow national key accounts across pharmacy, hospital, wholesaler and online channels

  • Develop and execute account and business plans aligned to commercial strategy

  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities across retail, hospital and digital platforms

  • Lead end‑to‑end tender and contract management, including submissions, implementation, performance tracking and renewals

  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs and commercial agreements

  • Deliver sales targets and support product launches and promotional initiatives

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of service and issue resolution

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, regulatory and sales teams to ensure compliant execution

  • Represent the business at industry meetings and events as required

 

What we are looking for

  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of the Australian healthcare, pharmacy and hospital landscape

  • Advanced analytical capability, including tender evaluation, pricing analysis and interpretation of sales and market data

  • Knowledge of digital marketplaces, particularly Amazon Australia, with awareness of evolving e‑commerce trends

  • Highly self‑motivated and organised, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
